INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Recommended joist span -24" OC.
Side gapping to allow for water runoff - 1/8"
End gapping should be - 1/8"
FASTENERS:
We suggest using 2-1/2" -3" treated composite wood deck
screws. These fasteners help prevent mushroom effect and should
be driven flush with the surface. Use 2 fasteners per deck board
at each joist.
COLOR VARIATION:
Individual  Deck boards
can have slight color variations due to natural variations in wood
fibers and resins. Purchasing all required deck material at one
time is recommended.
Deck will lighten over time dependent upon exposure to sunlight
and other environmental factors. Color variation is not covered
by warranty once the product has been installed. Do not install
if color variation is not acceptable. |

CARE AND CLEANING:
In most cases use a conventional pressure washer with a mild detergent
to maintain the appearance of Bella Deck. Mold may form on any surface
where moisture and shading are prevalent or where pollen and debris
are allowed to collect. |
